Collection of Data We collect and store data for the following purposes: online orders, in store purchases, mail order purchases, repairs, special orders or enquiries, signing up to our Trollbeads loyalty scheme, subscribing to our newsletter /product updates. Typically stored data includes first name, last name, address, email and sometimes telephone number. We never store payment details once a transaction as been completed. This applies to services offered by Aurum Jewellers, Trollbeads Norwich and Trollbeads Cambridge (the latter between August 2015 and August 2016).
How we used your personal data The persona data you provide is used to complete an order, repair, enquiry or to communicate with you regarding any of the above. If you join our Trollbeads loyalty card scheme you are also opting in to receive newsletters or information on promotions from us. In accordance with the new GPDR law which comes into effect on the 25 May 2018, your email will not be added to any mailing list without your consent. If you are on a mailing list as a result of a historic transaction, you have the right to unscubsribe at any time. In short your personal data is used to fulfil "the purpose".
How we store your personal data Your personal data is stored on a server within the UK and is therefore covered by the General Data Protection Regulation. We will never pass your data to any third party outside Norfolk Jewellery Service Ltd, unless required to do so by law.
Deletion of your personal data Your personal data is stored for the period of time wherein it is allowed to do so under the General Data Protection Regulation. Unless you are subscribed to a mailing list, your data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose. The period of time your data will be stored for depends on the nature of the data and the basis for storing it.

Our Online Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope that you will get many years of enjoyment from your purchase. Our aim is always to give you excellent customer service. If you have any problems then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. If for any reason your purchase is unsuitable, providing the item has not been worn and you have the receipt we will exchange within 28 days of purchase. Your statutory legal rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within 12 months, please return it to us for assesment. We will then asses if the item is a manufacturing fault or is due to accident or wear and tear and act accordingly.

All items are described as accurately as possible. However please note that all measurements are approximate and, as gemstones are natural products, the precise colour may vary slightly from item to item. Aurum accepts no liability for any inaccuracy or incompleteness in these descriptions.
Postage and Packing Charges

We do not charge for postage or packing. All items are shipped to you at no additional cost by Royal Mail recorded post if your purchase is less than £100 or Special Delivery if it is more than £100. Items which are to be delivered outside the UK will incur an additional charge which will be advised separately.
We will replace or make a refund for any item which is damaged or faulty or sent in error. All claims must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Aurum, 21 Bedford Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1AR within five days of receipt and the original item(s) must be retained for return or inspection by Aurum if required. We will advise you of the best method of returning the item.
The price of each item is quoted on the website and includes any required tax charge at the prevailing rate. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
